Open Programmes
The public Programmes page lists current open offerings across academies. You can also follow a programme or class link sent by a coach.
On your computer: Choose Programmes in the public navigation or open the guide's button.

Search by a useful name
Enter part of the programme, class, academy or coach name and select Search. If an academy filter is active, Show all academies broadens the results.
On your computer: Type in Programme, class, academy or coach name, then click Search.

Check the offering and open its join page
Compare the academy, coach, programme name and day/time. Use View programme & join for the intended offering. A different cohort may require its own enrolment, even if its title is similar.
On your computer: Read the offering card, then click its View programme & join link.

If something does not work
No programmes match my search.
Try a shorter name and remove the academy filter. An offering may be closed or not yet published; use its coach or academy contact to confirm the intended programme.
Frequently asked questions
Which registration option should I choose?
Choose I am 18 or older for your own learning, I am registering a child for a guardian account, or Register primarily as a coach to start teaching. Request academy-admin access is a separate approval route.
I confirmed my email. What happens next?
Return to the verification page and choose I have confirmed my email if needed. Follow Continue to sign in when offered. Learners then complete any required activation and programme enrolment; coaches start in the Coach portal.
Is activation an extra fee on top of the first subscription?
No. Learning activation is the first monthly subscription, not a separate activation charge. Check the current price before confirming. If learning is already active, continue to enrolment instead of paying activation again.
Does a free account or subscription unlock paid lessons?
No. Content must be marked Free, individually purchased, or included in an authorised programme, class, coach, academy or platform grant. A subscription by itself does not unlock separately priced content.
Does adding wallet funds enrol me or activate learning?
No. A top-up adds funds to the wallet. Return to the activation or programme screen, check its current status and complete any remaining confirmation.
Does my wallet change when I switch roles?
Your account wallet follows you across your available roles. A child's account and any authorised funding choices are separate: check the learner and payer before confirming a transaction.
Why does a coach have a Student portal?
It is available for the coach's own learning. Teaching starts in the Coach portal. Use the avatar's My account views to open Student when wanted and switch back to Coach for teaching.
Can I register a child using my own Student view?
Use the Guardian view and My Children to create or manage the child. Your personal Student view belongs to you. The child participates using their own student credentials, subject to their consent and access requirements.
Why is a programme visible but its live class missing?
A public listing is not enrolment. Confirm the intended learner, cohort, enrolment status and schedule. Waiting-list or approval status is different from a confirmed place. Future linked classes appear when scheduled.
What should I do if a payment is pending?
Use Refresh on the payment status card and check your wallet or payment history. Keep the receipt/reference and avoid a second payment while the first outcome is unresolved. Contact support if the status remains unclear.
Why can a junior not join the affiliate programme?
Affiliate applications involve commercial commission and payout terms and are limited to adult accounts. A guardian can apply through their own adult account.
